What is the Exchange/Cancellation policy?
All tickets can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the booking,
Bookings can be cancelled with 1 week of the booking.
In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out.

Is there Parking onsite?
Yes, limited parking is available As well there is plenty of on street parking on both Maddox & Huntley Street.
Will there be food & drinks available onsite?
Yes, light snacks and hot & cold drinks will be available for purchase within the experience
When do I need to arrive for my scheduled booking?
We encourage all guests to arrive as close to or slightly before their entry time as possible.
